Evaluating A Recent Peer Review Session.

1. Who Participated?
We all participated in this review. All three persons from my group did a
great job. As well as the other group. Every one from both groups were
actively engage in this peer review.

2. Did each member contribute? (How)?

Each member of both groups did contribute. However, each member did
not contribute as much as other. Some people were very critical of the
opposite groups work, but not in a over board about it. While some people
in both groups did engage into the review but at the lowest level. A few
member did give great review of the their proposal such as ideas that
could be expanded on, a change in their research timeline.

3. If you've worked with the same group before, what rules both formal and
informalhave been established about how group members are expected to
work together?
This is the first time that we have worked to gather as a group. However,
we did set some formal ground rules such as. We will hold each of
ourselves accountable for our part of the project research, also we must
keep in constant contact with each other as much as possible. Some of the

informal rule that have developed are, lets always use the golden rule in
our group.

4. What patterns of communication have developed?

So patterns of communication that have developed with our group is a
weekly email that we send to each other on Fridays to inform each other
about the status of what we have achieved on our part of the project. Also
we communicate on a interpersonal level when we see each other in class
and have set up a text chain for quick questions to each other?

5. What ritual activities does you group engage in?

There are not many ritual activities that our group engage in. the only
ritual I can say that we do is our email chain and the different line of
constant communication that we use. However, as the semester and the
project evolve I believe that more ritual activities will develop.

6. If you've recently joined a new group, what went well in the process of
communicating? (What didn't)?
This group is slightly new. We have been together for the past 3 weeks
now. We a still learning how to properly communicate with each other on
a level that each other can grasp. Some of us are more audio than visual or
vice versa. The process that we are using now is just one of patients and
learning what works and do not for our group.

7. Did everyone participate equally?
I do believe that every participated in our and the other group. But, I don't
fell that everyone did equally. When we had our review last week it was
great we received lots of feedback and we as a group grew and had some
break troughs with it. However, I don't think that some people used the
time wisely nor put the same amount of communication, information as
others.
