Create a QR Code Hunt


Type the information next to each prompt.

structure of a text and contributes to the development of the theme, setting, or plot.

3. Determine how you want students to proceed through the QR code


hunt and what they are to do with the information or what they are to
do at each clue. Describe your method here:
This QR hunt will be done at the end of a unit when the students finish
a class book. The students will have a piece of paper that they will
divide into 10 sections for all 10 QR codes, and then label each section.
To make this more exciting for the students the 10 QR codes will be
hidden around the room with a number below them. The students will
be split into groups and as a group they are to go and find the QR
codes. Once they find one, they will read the code quickly and then
move away without giving away the location of the QR code to the
other groups. They will then answer the question or follow the prompt
in the appropriate labeled section on their paper.

this book and why.

2. What were common themes in this story?

3. Write a brief summary about this story.

4. Draw a picture of how you image the setting of the story to look likemake sure it uses details that were found in the story.

7. Explain your favorite part of the book. Why was it your favorite?

8. What was one thing you did not like about the book?

9. Draw a picture of how you think the main character looks. Be

10. Explain whether or not you would recommend this book to a friend.
