Please accept this letter as a request under the Freedom of Information Law for access to
any emails between Joseph Percoco (top aide to Governor Cuomo) and Michael L.
Joseph, the President of Clover Group, a real estate development company or Erie County
Executive Mark Poloncarz. The scope of this request is January 1, 2011, to the present.
America Rising is willing to pay up to $50.00 for applicable fees. If the amount of fees is
expected to exceed $50.00, please notify me before processing the request further. In
order to minimize fees, America Rising is willing to accept responsive records in
electronic format and/or double-sided copies.
If a certain set of records can be disclosed more expeditiously, America Rising
respectfully requests that those records be released first and that the remaining records
be produced on a rolling basis as circumstances permit. If you have any questions, feel
