Yes, I was able to pull up Experience and Production reports under 429_1 and L28_1
I did have to delete my cookies and close out of IE in order pull up the second code which is common
when bouncing from code to code. I can give the agent a call and walk him through this.

Thank you, are you able to pull and see the reports and the historical ones, because they are saying that
even though they were reverted back that they still cannot view the reports. Maybe reach out and trouble
shoot with them as to why they are unable to see these?

Sara was originally working on this back in September with Lisa C and Ed and she advised Ed via email
on 9/8/15 that all previous code changes were reverted back effective September 1st and provided him
with this information to help the agent when searching reports.
Prior to June 1st:
User ID: 429_1
Password: eknet01
After June 1st:
User ID: L28_1
Password: p0290
And with the changes effective September 1st changing the codes back
Prior to September 1st
User ID: L28_1
Password: p0290
After September 1st
User ID: 429_1
Password: eknet01
I have verified ALL codes written under Kaplansky have a Reporting Code of 429 with the exception of
RE5 (RI) and TS9 (NH)

experience difficulty accessing his current and historical production and
