The observation will be focus on the lesson on general how my colleague will start and
plenary and end her class
And focusing on the groups of the students how they will understand the meaning for the
inherited and characteristic.
Observed Strengths:
She has good opening to her class by asking
them questions what the lesson will be about.
Using the picture was good idea to let the
students answer, and think about the questions.
The materials she used was helpful and effecting
in making the students more working in their
work.
Giving the instructions was so clearly to the
students.
Her voice was clear for the students, And it is not
in one level.

Suggestions for further development:

She need to give the students more time when
they will work as group.
Some of the students just setting, they are not
working with the groups, so you should to make
sure all of the students are working.
Make sure the video is clear and simple to the
students to understand the operation of
decomposer

Reflection (to be completed after discussion of Peer Review with colleague): e.g. how did you
feel about conducting a formal observation? How did your colleague feel about being observed? How
did you feel about discussing your observations with your colleague after the lesson? How did your
colleague react to your assessment? Did she agree with your evaluation? Which of the suggestions you
made will your colleague apply in her next lesson? Do you and your colleague feel that this was a
valuable experience? Why/Why not?
It is really interesting to observe your colleague in the class to look at the methods that
she used in her class, and what is the strategies that she used for classroom management.
The feeling of my friend was good with a Little bit of stress because its the first time I
observe her, but everything was alright. I discuss with my colleague about the strengths
and some suggestions to improve her next class. My colleague was taking my suggestions
in nice way, and she wrote it them down to improve them. Even I was so agree with her
strategies when she gave the instructions and manage the students.
