Power Source & How It Works.

With a nuclear power plant, water is boiled, so that it becomes steam. The steam drives
turbines, which produce electricity. This is similar to fossil fuels, but does not pollute. When
uranium atoms are split, the heat to make steam is created. Nuclear energy is practical and
inexpensive, and prevents pollution (significantly less carbon dioxide is expelled into the
atmosphere as a result of running a nuclear power plant versus a plant that expels black
carbon, along with other fossil fuels). Nuclear energy is the most popular form of energy used
to generate electricity that doesnt pollute. Despite the fact that nuclear energy can be
safely harnessed, nuclear power plants still run the risk of meltdowns, which can emit
radiation that is dangerous to anyone nearby.

How Donleyville is Run

Government: Oligarchy but you can vote for the oligarchs. Vote every year, for new people or the same.
Zoning policies: Our policies are to mostly have all of the commercial things in the middle of Donleyville, then all of
the other things will be on the outskirts of Donleyville.
Exports/How Donleyville makes money: wheat, corn, other plants, they are transported out of Donleyville by train.
Method of Transportation: the people of Donleyville are going to either walk everywhere or ride bikes. Everyone in
Donleyville has a bike and is able to ride everywhere they need to be. There is a trian-type system on the outside of
Donleyville for the food to be transported to the sea port, the airport and malls. And to the citys that we are exporting
to.

How Donleyville is run continued

Housing (plus what we do with the homeless): our houses are apartments, and each building holds 2 thousand
people. Donleyville has a total of 10 thousand people living in it. There are 25 apartment buildings so that there are no
homeless in Donleyville. Everything is relatively cheap and we have more then enough jobs for everyone in
Donleyville.
City Luxury Items: we have several stadiums in Donleyville, that can hold a wide variety of things, from football
games, to soccer games, to baseball games, they can have concerts in them as well. We also have parks all over
Donleyville.
Why People Should Live in Donleyville: eco friendly, very easy to navigate, easy to live in

Our Ecosystem
Donleyville has a lot of biodegradable things and recyclable things,
there are no plastics in Donleyville.
Electronic trash we send to centers that are outside of Donleyville.
There are a lot of open spaces in Donleyville, where things are not
allowed to be built. The animals and plants are all protected and
there is no hunting allowed

Biotechnology in Donleyville
Stem Cells: a cell that could easily replace other cells in the body ones that can adapt to the tissue. We are not going to be using
these in Donleyville.
Cloning: Refers to the process of creating copies of DNA fragments. It can be used in food and livestock, but we are choosing
not to use it for Donleyville.
GMO: A GMO is a genetically modified organism (living) thats DNA has been artificially manipulated in a lab through genetic
engineering. In Donleyville we are going to be using GMOs.
Except for GMOs, we are not using any of these things in Donleyville because, although we have safely harnessed nuclear
energy, we do not need other dangers to the people of Donleyville.
