Our Ecosystem
Donleyville has a lot of biodegradable things and recyclable things,
there are no plastics in Donleyville.
Electronic trash we send to centers that are outside of Donleyville.
There are a lot of open spaces in Donleyville, where things are not
allowed to be built. The animals and plants are all protected and
there is no hunting allowed
Biotechnology in Donleyville
Stem Cells: a cell that could easily replace other cells in the body ones that can adapt to the tissue. We are not going to be using
these in Donleyville.
Cloning: Refers to the process of creating copies of DNA fragments. It can be used in food and livestock, but we are choosing
not to use it for Donleyville.
GMO: A GMO is a genetically modified organism (living) thats DNA has been artificially manipulated in a lab through genetic
engineering. In Donleyville we are going to be using GMOs.
Except for GMOs, we are not using any of these things in Donleyville because, although we have safely harnessed nuclear
energy, we do not need other dangers to the people of Donleyville.
