Jays behavior:

Jays aggressive behavior in and outside the
classroom. I want Jay to be successful in the
classroom and with his peers and I believe we can
work together today to make that happen for Jay.

hitting, taking materials from other students, and
kicking. This occurs, on average 6 times per day.

behavior. (Examples/Work Examples!)

improvements in Jays aggressive behavior in school.
