Prior Knowledge (What knowledge are you building in?)


The students have a previous knowledge about the words that related to
the Earth Day lesson such as; clean , wash , twenty- second , tree and
celebrate. Moreover, pupils have a background about the special days
on April from the previous lesson like ; children's' book day, be kind to
animal day , world health day.
Lesson Objectives: (What will students be able to do by the end
of the lesson?)
(These must be SMART objectives specific, measurable, achievable,
relevant, timely)
- By the end of the lesson students will be able to :.
Recognize the new vocabulary of Earth Day. For instance, plant ,
clean , water, wash , rake, shovel and watering can .
Classify the new vocabulary and match it with the suitable
picture.
Identify how to plant the seeds and watering them by an
experiment . for example, students will plant a seeds depending
on the teacher procedure

achieved the goal?)

students practiced what you are asking them to do for evaluation?)
The students will be evaluated by :
- Dissection during classroom :
1. -Teacher will check students answer if it linked with the lesson
concepts or not .
2. check their understanding of the previous lesson from their
participation and answers
- Classification activity : at the middle of the class
