High Impact Instruction

1. Goal/Target: By June 2016, 80%+ students will demonstrate mastery of standards as


measured by achieving 70%+ on Common Assessments.

Collaborative Culture

2. Goal/Target By June 2017, GMS PLCs will be performing at the Developed


level as measured by the Collaborative Planning Rubric (Step 0: Preparing
Teams to Collaborate).

Data-Driven Decisions

3. Goal/Target By June 2017, GMS will increase perfect of students On Track for a high
school diploma in grades from 54% to 59%, in attendance from 41% to 46%, and in office
discipline referrals from ?% to ?%.
