creates good ambiance of neighbourhood where you can walk along streets.

Smart Growth
It is an urban planning development that includes management in
maintaining order in urban areas. It also includes economical and
environmental development. It promotes good transportation, job locations,
business sectors and schools.
Sustainable
It includes the capability of a certain location to maintain a certain level or
rate where it can last for years without being destroyed or broken. In towns
and cities, it uses different urban planning technique to sustain its own
viability.

Urbanization
It is a process of increasing population in town or cities by migrating people
from rural areas to urban. As the population shift and increases gradually,
the civilization also adopt to its changes.
