Arequipa and pollution

Arequipa is becoming so polluted as the capital city due to the increase of

vehicles in the city, but the mayor of Arequipa says nothing, she does not
think as well as I do about this situation.
My cousin told me that Verto also not as happy as I am because of this
situation.
The elimination of pollution from transport is so difficult as to avoid
extinction and preservation of some animals but not impossible
Therefore The population should understand that the environment is as
important as the air for us for the preservation of life in our city and on
earth.
And by gentlemen drivers asking them to perform maintenance of their cars
