In court files 9073/01 and 1582/02, Holocaust survivors from Bulgaria appealed decisions of the
lower courts, which denied their right for compensation from funds, established by the German
government and administered by the Israeli government. That regardless of the abject poverty
of Holocaust survivors in Israel.
Inspection of the electronic records in these court files in IT system of the Supreme Court
uncovered evidence of falsification of the electronic records. Therefore, requests were filed to
inspect the paper records (original records).
The Supreme Court engaged in fraud in both cases: Filing of the Requests to Inspect was
denied, under claims that the court files were shredded. However, the Supreme Court refused
to produce the documentation of shredding, required by law. And communication with the State
Archive revealed evidence that the court files have never been shredded at all.

2. Therefore,theCourtshouldenableaccesstoinspectthedecisionrecordsin
instantcourtfile.
TheCourtshouldmaketheexerciseoftherighttoinspecttherequestedcourt
recordspossibleinaccordancewithlawandjustice.
