    INSCOGandtheproles.Thetwocharacterspresentedinthebookcouldbeforeshadowingthe
    heroesforourtime.EmmanuelGoldsteinandWinstonSmitharetheprotagonistsinthebook.

    .Orwellpredictedthatapowerfulfewwillcontrol
    anentirepopulationofinferiorhumans.Today,thepowerfulfewarethebusinessmen,CEOs,
    andthewealthy.Themediacallsthewealthythe1%andtherestisthe99%.Intherealworld,
    thefinanciallyunstablehavetonsofstruggles.Someissuesarebutnotlimitedtooverwhelming
    debt,nogoodpay,andnothavingbenefits.

    richliveintwodifferentuniverses.IntheUnitedStates,thetop1%havemorewealththanthe
    restofthecountrycombined(Reich).Thewealthyliveinhousingbestsuitedbytheirsocial
    status.Mostofthewealthisoftenpasseddownbyinheritanceorhighincome.Theprivileged
    havecontroloftheirownwealth.Thelowerclassstruggleswithmakingenoughmoneyortrying
    tofindaoccupation.Todefinethelowerclass...thelowerclassistypicallydefinedasservice

    Proletarianshaveamindoftheirown.Prolesandanimalsarefree.(Orwell72).This
    populationisnottakingconsiderationtoanyproblems,ignorantasananimal.Thisisanexample
    oftodaysworld.Powerfulindividualscontroleveryaspectoflife,fromourschools,toour
    media.Orwellwasaccuratetocomparetwodifferentsocietiesandcouldseethroughourtime.
    EmmanuelGoldstein,theenemyofthestateofOceania,wroteabookthatexplainsabit
    oftheworldin1984.Throughoutrecordedtime,andprobablysincetheendoftheNeolithic
    Age,therehavebeenthreekindsofpeopleintheworld,theHigh,theMiddle,andtheLow.
    Theyhavebeensubdividedinmanyways,theyhavebornecountlessdifferentnames,andtheir
    relativenumbers,aswellastheirattitudetowardeachother,havevariedfromagetoagebutthe
    essentialstructureofsocietyhasneveraltered(Orwell184).Thispassageiseffectivebecause
    itisexplainingthetruehistoryofsocialclasses.Sothis''cycle''couldneverbestopped.Evenif
    everyoneisnotinpoverty,therewillalwaysbeaHigh,MiddleandLow.
    AouterpartymembernamedWinstonSmith,hasthepowertoalterhistory.Hisbosses
    makehimdothisandhesoonrealizestheerrorsthathehasmade.Laterhewroteinhisjournal
    Iftherewashopeitliesintheproles(Orwell69).ThereasonwhyWinstonbelievesbecause
    isthatProlesarestilloldfashioned.Hebelievesthattheycouldbreakthecyclethattheparty
    stillholds.Orwellalsopredictedthatthelowerclasseswillgainfreedomorbreakthechainsby
    theinnerparty....onlythereinthoseswarmingdisregardedmasses,eightyfivepercentofthe
    populationofOceania,couldtheforcetodestroythepartyevergenerated(Orwell69).Ifan
    entirepopulationrealizedwhatisactuallyhappening,thispopulationwillfightback.Orwells
    predictionswereaccurate.Despitethefactthatabout99%ofthepopulationhasnopower.

    The99%can'tkeeponchoosingtopayrentorgroceries,while1%couldsleeponour
    hardworkingdollars.Povertyandwealthwillalwaysbethere,evenifthereisequality.
    Everyonecouldbeequal,butsocialclassificationwillalwaysbepresent.Collectively,the99%
    couldstandupandtakeachancetoequality.Everydaythatgoespassby,wefindourselves
    wantingmorebyreceivingless.Wecouldbedestinedtohaveasocialpyramidfortherestofour
    existenceonthisplanet.Everydaygoesby,and

    willnotbeafantasynomore.Willthenext
    generationprosperorfailbecauseofourwrongdoing.
