Each group of 4 people will be assigned one of the above careers (CIRCLE YOURS).
As a group, you are to put together a presentation that thoroughly answers the following questions.
You will present your findings to the class.
1. How might you go about getting into this job (applying to an agency or company, starting your
own business etc.)
2. When looking to hire, what are some skills, education and experience that might be sought
after?
3. What Technology is needed / used in this field?
4. How would you advance in this field? (setting performance goals, reviewing past work,
forecasting trends & changes etc.)
5. How would you be compensated in this field? (salary, commission, per job; if self-employed,
that are some financial responsibilities you would have?)
6. What is the average pay in this field?
7. Are there any health, safety or environmental issues you need to consider in this field?
8. What are possible legal issues? (what is copyright, can photo manipulation lead to legal or
ethical issues, what is libel pertaining to imaging etc.)
9. Include some example images of your chosen photo career.
