COMPANY NURSE

Responsibilities:

Provides nursing services to employees who become ill or suffer an accident in order
to ensure employees well being.
Assists in the administration and implementation of companys health and wellness
programs, provides health education information to employees in order to educate
them on the current issues and concerns about various disease, its prevention and
cure.

Assist in the Audit/inspection of health and sanitation standards of company facilities

in order to ensure compliance with the company policy and to provide employees a
healthy workplace.

Dispenses standard drugs and medicines such as Aspirin and cough or cold tablets,
refers contagious diseases or serious injuries to physician in order to facilitate early
detection of disease and initiate cure.

Administers the replenishment of medicines and other clinic supplies including First
Aid Kits to employees in order to ensure availability of supplies.

Maintains employees medical records such as check-ups/consultations, preemployment, annual physical examinations and other important health documents in
order to assess medical conditions of TM and be able to provide recommendations
thru the help of company Physician.

Prepares employees PhilHealth Certificate & claim form in order to ensure that TM
could claim their Philhealth benefit/discount.

Assists in the preparation of all request related to medical examinations such as drug
testing, pre employment test, etc.

Assists in the endorsement of employees Accident, Sickness, and Maternity

reimbursement to Compensation and Benefit Specialists in order to process their
benefit. Assists in the implementation of some HR related activities.

Monitors the performance of the Canteen concessionaire and the physical condition
of the staff houses in order to ensure TMs health and wellness.
