How to Analyze KPI Items

1. RSRP

Description

Ratio of RSRP which meet Coverage Objective RSRP Threshold within exclusion zone
Coverage Objective RSRP Threshold value for each sector is referred from Cell Ref File
Sectors with the same clutter category could have different threshold values
BSP for the on-air sites would be only considered as exclusion zone

If the PDN CONNECTIVITY REQUEST cannot be accepted by the network, then MME shall
