Regardless of your answer to the prior question, please indicate how you identify yourself.
(Select one or more, because if you feel like a race, you can be that race):
Which best describes your Black or African American background? (Unlike most people in
America, yes, we do know that not all black people are African.):
Number of languages you are proficient in (Sarcasm does not count):
Select language:
Are you a U.S. citizen?
Parents marital status: (relative to each other, we dont judge most of the time)
With whom do you make your permanent home?
Do you wish to list any step-parents? (This includes evil ones)
How many? (Sister Wives are not legal step parents)
Do you have any children? (Again, we dont judge most of the time.)
Current or Most Recent School lookup:
Date of entry:
Is this a boarding school? (Do you parents actually enjoy your company?)
Graduation date (Please make sure it is before Fall 2016)
Counselor's first name:
If you have received any honors related to your academic achievements beginning with the ninth
grade or international equivalent, please indicate number of honors (how many awards did you
search up on the internet so you could put it on this application?):
Future Plans? (What do you want to do with your life?)
SAT/ACT Scores (Sometimes we judge):
Reporting activities can help a college better understand your life outside of the classroom. Do
you have any activities that you wish to report? (How many minute activities have you been
involved in that you can somehow give us a full back story about since starting high school?)
Please write an essay (250-650 words) on the topic selected. You can type directly into the box,
or you can paste text from another source. (We dont want to hear about your dead dog Rover, or
about how it felt to score the game winning points in one of your last games as a senior. Give us
that raw, good, reality TV worthy stuff. We enjoy the more dramatic stories. However you still
have to answer the prompt and tell the story without confusing gaps in under 650 words.):
Have you ever been found responsible for a disciplinary violation at any educational institution
you have attended from the 9th grade (or the international equivalent) forward, whether related
to academic misconduct or behavioral misconduct, which resulted in a disciplinary action? (You
have to tell the truth in this section even though there is basically no point because it is basically
like signing your own rejection letter to our school.)
Have you ever been adjudicated guilty or convicted of a misdemeanor, felony, or other crime? (If
the answer is yes, please provide an explanation and any gang names.):
Please provide an answer below if you wish to provide details of circumstances or qualifications
not reflected in the application. You may enter up to 650 words. (If its an excuse about your
GPA, your dog ate your homework every day for every class for four years straight, is not a valid
excuse.):
