S.T.E.M.

Introduction
Our theme that we chose for next years yearbook was S.T.E.M. We
chose this theme because it accurately represents our school in that
we have an amazing S.T.E.M. program. S.T.E.M. is an acronym and it
stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. In this
presentation we will show you how we incorporated this theme into
some ideas for a few pages in next years yearbook.

Cover
For the cover, we chose to
make it a word search
theme. So, the
highlighted words
signify the slogan and
the schools name.
Alongside of that, a box
has been created in the
bottom right corner,
including the school
name and year.

Endsheets
For our endsheet
pages we chose
words that start
with the letter i
and best fit with
our theme,
S.T.E.M. and that
also define the
school.

Opening
For the opening, we decided to
put our theme in the center
of the page, which is
S.T.E.M.
We put running low to show
that it is the beginning of
the year and this also
relates to what we put on
our closing page.
Included in the opening is a
paragraph containing
information symbolized by
the Lorem Ipsum.
As the background behind
S.T.E.M. would most likely
be a picture of the school.

Student Life
Continuing the theme of the
word search, we highlighted
the title of the first section
divider, student life, in
yellow.
Inspire is our section spinof
The rectangular boxes with
Xs, correspond to where
the pictures would be
located.
For the bottom of the page, a
border has been created in
a specific color pattern, this
section being blue.

Academics
This second section divider is
for academics.
Innovate is the section spin of.
Still following the color pattern,
this pages border has been
colored red.
The blue Xs have been made
to symbolize placement of
the pictures.

Sports
This is the sports section
divider
The section spin-of is
illuminate
We continued to incorporate
the word search theme and
used Xs to represent
pictures
The color pattern still being
followed, has been colored
black.

Actvities
This is the activities section
divider.
Our spin-of is imagine
The color pattern restarts here,
making the border color
blue.
Xs have been made to
symbolize where the
pictures may be.

Clubs
This is our club section divider

The red Xs have still been
created to signify where the
pictures should be located.
The color of the border is red.

Closing
This is the closing section.
In the center of the page, it
reads, C. A. S. L. V., this is
to symbolize our schools
name.

closing of the yearbook to
show that the year is
