PROMISSORY NOTE

I, BEA GONZAGA, do promise to pay KRIS DE LAS ALAS, the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND
PESOS (P 800,000.00). Repayment is to be made in the form of TWELVE (12) equal payments at 5% monthly
interest or SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 70,000.00) payable on the 11th of each month, beginning 12
January 2012 until the total debt is satisfied.
