our project this coming OPERATION TULI May 7, 2016 that will be held at Barangay Doa Imelda,
Quezon City. Together with Triskelion Order of Medicine and Triskelion Order of Nursing. This project
would be more possible with your help. The following are the medicines needed for the said project:
Surgical Supply:
Cotton balls-40pcs
gauze pad x100-20packs
Syringe 5cc- 150pcs
Iidocaine 50ml -30pcs
Micropore tape 1/2 inch -3box
Betadine -2gallon
Ciden - 1gallon
alcohol -10pcs
gloves small -2boxes med 2boxes
meds good for 2 days only ( amox and mefenamic)

Cromic need at least 15boxes =For 150 children
