Working as a product manager has given me experience driving product vision and
leading a team to execute a project.

Teamwork

As a computer science undergraduate, I collaborate with other students to complete

complex programming projects. Good communication amongst team members
ensures the project goal is achieved efficiently.
During my internship at Google, I worked closely with my team to create new
internal tools for them to use. This required me to discuss with them the features
they would like to see implemented, as well as obtain feedback from my team on
my progress.
At Atlassian, I worked closely with the development team and design team to
execute large-scale technical projects that benefit our customers

Communication

Product management involves collaboration and alignment across teams, which

requires me to communicate effectively with other team members to reach an
informed decision about a project.
I have given numerous presentations working as a product manager at Atlassian to
provide transparency and to ensure all teams are updated with my work.

Planning and Time Management

My time management skills are shown through my ability to maintain good

academic grades and my part-time jobs.
Whilst interning as a product manager at Atlassian, my effective planning enabled
me to finish three separate projects.
