Iam 27 years old Indian national , with bachelors in mechanical Engineering and a
masters in Petroleum Engineering. Currently I reside in Kuala Lumpur. I have 4 years
of working experience with 2 years In Qatar and Malaysia respectively.

B. Do you have any specific Degree/Diploma related to

safety?
No. I have opito certified H2S and also my Basic Offshore Safety Induction and
Emergency Training (BOSIET) & Helicopter Underwater Escape Training (HUET).

C. Do you have any experience related to HSE?

(If so, mention how many years & what kind of Industry please; like 5 years
in Construction as Safety Officer)
I worked as a project Engineer for a safety consultancy for 2 years.

D. How do you know about NEBOSH Course?

I read about it and its importance.( internet ). Word of mouth.

E. Please specify your purpose of taking NEBOSH?

I would like to expand my knowledge and awareness on safety and also continue to
work in the field of HSE especially for oil and gas companies

Justify your rating, please
Although my knowledge is not so vast on Nebosh , Iam hoping to complete with
Credit as I will be in kerala for my vacation and I wont be able to dedicate myself to
the fullest. But being a Masters graduate I am aware of my capabilities and I am
truly confident that I can pass with ease.
