Government Side
(Keep saying ladies and gentlemen)

Background :
1. Medication is very important to the people, everyone need to be healthy
2. There are so many cases about poor people dont give or afraid to give their child a
proper medical treatment when their children are suffering by accident or illness.
a. Its hard for parent to choose or decide what kind of medication, because they
are poor and dont have money.
b. I feel sad for the children dont receive a medication that they really need.
3. The cases about the parents are neglecting their children Factor - they are so busy
about their own business example - collect money.
a. They dont have time for their children,
b. They dont know the condition of their children impact their children
dont receive a medication if they got sick.
unwanted impact - the ill of the children become worst or they probably die.
c. Parent that neglected their children doesnt mean they dont care about it,
tthey just couldnt do anything.
4. new- A good country is not only care about economy or security but also the
medication of the people
- because of cases that mention before, I believe that it will be very good if
government take the parent control to decide what kind of medication should be given
to the children especially the children that neglected by their parent. impact- the
better life for the children and reduce the pressure / problem of the parent.

Definition :
1. All medical decision = all about the medication ex : diagnose, drugs, treatment,
surgery, also payment.
2. Age of consent = the age when people are legally to do a sexual activity. The
peoples who are reach the age of consent are those who are above 17th, because on
this age they are
categorized as an adult
can make a decision and
solve their own problem

Goal :
According to background, my goal : the government can reduce number of neglected
children, and make a better life for them by deciding their medication.

Argument :
1. Humanity
There are so many children suffering reason - their parent are poor so cant pay
for the treatment, or busy make them dont have time
Actor : government
- if parent cant protect their children, so its governmen responsibility to do that
- because regulaion (poor people)

Oposition
Background :

People are poor because they are lazy too work (homeless)
Children (diamond) government cant guarantee the life of the children if
(parent dont give protection)
There regulation (agree) the poor cant burdened government how
government do that (pay) government has so many problem
the act of people to help government by protect their children, medical
decision is parent problem not government

Definition (like government definition)

Goal :

deciding is not government problem

because parent is the actor
to decrease government problem

parenting : parent responsibility to protect children, they know best

medication,
if parent can do it = children will have a better life (physic and
psychology) government doesnt need care too much about this problem
government problem is reduced.
