This assignment explains the forms of discrimination in my experience with

dealing with it personally, have others was affected by my discriminating towards them,
and my opinion of institutional discrimination in the present day. I describe my own
experiences and belief with discrimination. I reflected on times when I may have
engaged in discriminatory actions against others. The paper helped me to realize how
discrimination is a horrible act towards minorities and bias views people draw in their
minds about others. This reflection gave me the knowledge to effectively work with
clients in a non-judgement and bias manner. Also, this paper showed me how
institutional discrimination may affect population groups.
The paper helped me to reflect on the various issues many people are faced with
and how I can be a voice for them. I am able to apply advance social and economic
justice for these populations facing discrimination. This paper discussed the issues of
institutional discrimination the vital aspects of reducing the chances of these situations
by advocating for human rights. Lastly, how I was able to reflect on the discrimination
my family and I experienced throughout our life. However, our strengths and
determination to overcome discrimination.
