This assignment allowed me to distinguish the differences of morals and ethics.

I
explore the many aspects of what factors may affect my moral decision making. I
explained the various factors that guide ethical practice as a social worker, and I
addressed how social workers should deal with ethical dilemmas. I expressed, how an
ethical dilemma situation was addressed by applying social work principles in this
analysis. The assignment showed me the effects of ethical dilemmas relating to social
work practice. Also, I realized my personal values can conflict with professional values.
However, I understand that a social worker must uphold to ethical principles and
standards according to professional values. Finally, I was able to understand how to
handle ethical dilemmas, addressing conflict of interest, and making ethical decisions by
applying social work values and standards.
