Vehicle passed Ofc Newport going to opposite direction. Ofc
Pennie attempting to catch up with the MV. Ofc Newport out
to the residence to speak to the homeowner.

Ofc Pennie reports seeing the vehicle on Williams St. Ofc

Brian was in the passengers seat and confirmed he has been
in and out of the residence going to the store.

RP reports on going suspicious activity pulling into the
driveway waiting for the homeowner to approach them. RP is
requesting more of a police presense in the area.
