I discussed my field placement setting and I explained the population who are

impacted by the placement urban surroundings. I discussed the different client

populations served, the agencys policies on working with these populations, and I
contributed to assist these populations within the agency. I gained detailed knowledge
and I was able to explore the various programs accessible within an urban setting. This
assignment expressed the effectiveness of services provided by this agency in helping
clients from surrounding urban areas. The agencys devotion and commitment to the
community showed their efforts to assist the various populations to provide a range of
necessary resources and services available to the urban areas. As an intern, I learned a
lot in working with a diverse population in researching the appropriate services and
addressing any concerns the urban community needed.
