HYBRID SOLAR UPS SYSTEM
Harnessing of non-polluting renewable energy resources to control greenhouse gases. Here solar
energy is harnessed effectively by integrating with UPS, also by transferring the excess electricity to
the grid ,by this method energy can also be conserved and in case of large scale application consumer
as well as government can be benefitted in terms of economy as well as reducing the use of fossil
fuels.
When solar energy falls on to the solar panels then it induces an electricity and the energy is
stored in the battery, later that energy is being utilized for running the home appliances, If the battery
gets charged earlier time then rest of the time solar energy is available and the solar panel which is

generating the charges are not utilized as the battery is fully charged. So to utilize this energy without
wasting it anyways this project was designed.
INDUSTRIAL TRAININGS:
Workshop on PLC and SCADA conducted by Technologics International.
This training has made me understand the working of PLC and SCADA also its
functions like Monitoring, Alarm Control and Indication of automatic generation
control, Data logging .
Workshop on Electronics surveillance systems technology and applications.
This training has made me understand the working of CCTV, splicing and types of
camera, and its different purposes and also its functions.
Workshop on MODEL ROCKETRY AND LAUNCHING
Gained knowledge about Various technical and
atmospheric aspects on which the rockets function and their types, basic
designing, testing and launching.

Roles and responsibilities:
Position is primarily responsible for Work Order creation, Demo work order
creation,
Package modification and Recharge reversal. In detail is as
below,

Asset Activation:- Process involves in registering TSK (Tata-Sky Starter Kit) and activating
the STB as per the subscribers preference.
Package Modification: - Package Modification involves adding and dropping of packs (Base
and Add-on packs) as per the customers request.
Recharge Reversal:- Recharge Reversal process involves in verifying the authenticity of the
request raised and initiating the reversal in the appropriate account.

Online chat and e-mail support to the customers using the security products of various brands
on their computers

Documenting any major problems customers are facing with the products in large numbers &
reporting it to the concerned department.

Provide quality customer service on every call.

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers .
