Lifestyle is the way of life or the pattern of living that a person follows. It is the
routine wherein an individual repeats various tasks, practices and habits in their
day-to-day lives. Lifestyle is not something you are born with, nor is it something
imprinted directly into your brain and body, it is developed by various factors and
is influenced, not only by ones genetic pool and uniqueness but it is also
shaped by the environment as well as a persons diet and activities. Ones
Lifestyle is a matter of choices, be they be good or detrimental to the individual.
These decisions determine if the persons lifestyle is healthy and balanced, an
indication of health-awareness or if its risking our health and only makes us
more susceptible to sickness and weakness. Thus, ones lifestyle must be
properly managed, guided, observed and studied because it can define our
capabilities and can heavily impact our performance in the various tasks we are
presented each day.
