thepropertytothetrusteeandstatethetermsofthetrust.The
grantorisdeemedasubstantialcontributor/disqualifiedpersonwith

respecttothetrust,underIRC507(d)(2)(A).Othernamesforthe
grantorinclude:creator,donor,founder,settlor,Trustor.

TRUSTEEThetrusteeortrusteesreceivethepropertyandholditfor
thebenefitofoneormorebeneficiaries.Thetrusteeisthelegalowner
ofthepropertybutmustuseitforthebenefitofthebeneficiaries.As
afiduciary,heowesthebeneficiariesdutiesofloyaltyandcare.The
