I. I NTRODUCTION
Today, cities are requiring a large consumption of resources,
it is practical to think that as cities grow the demand for
resources increases and the degree of sustainability of a city
is affected.
In this paper a solution for sustentaibility is proposed: an
Automated hydroponic system for domestic usage with the
support of Smart Cities.
II. BACKGROUND
Today, as known there are many cities in the world and
is estimated that world population at 2050 is going to reach
asymtotically 10.6 billions or 7.4 billions of people in the
world, more information can be found at [?]. -muchas ciudades

III. P ROPOSAL
On Figure 1, a set of sensors and relays are shown connected
to a micro-controller, components are named as follows:
Relays and sensors are connected to a low consumption microcontroller ATmega328p, it can be programmed by using arduino or other solutions such as atmel studio. Micro-controller
are intended to provide data acquisition and obtained data
is consumed by cloud services, even cloud service could
proportionate a set of tasks to the micro-controller.
