Parliamentarians:

In my haste to complete authorship of the June 16th correspondence before

the end of the business day I failed to provide a link to it on the Aussie Intel
Reform website [Link].
Further, this is to advise that upon returning to my residence I discovered
the theft of personal property - the second in less than a week. This
comprises another instance of serial criminality motivated by punitive
retaliation.
This type of malfeasance has now been experienced in every city I've
resided in since my arrival during the first week of December: Sydney,
Melbourne, Port Adelaide, Canberra and now Cairns.
It's hypocritical for democracies to condemn countries like North Korea,
China, Iran etc. for their abysmal human rights records and at the same
time do absolutely nothing to rein in their intelligence communities and
security services. Like Canada, Australia to the 1,000+ large and multinational companies that are members of NATO 2.0 is now a pariah in the
Commonwealth and international community of nations.
I'm taking this likely final contact with you to underscore my determination
to procure what will be undertaken as described on page 9 of my
submission. For decades I and a very large number of my reform and

accountability partners will aggressively seek to both punish Turnbull et

al. and their successors (reasonably predicting they'll also be accessories
after the fact and not initiate reform) and generate a deterrent for other
governments cognizant of citizens and foreigners being brutalized, tortured
and subject to sexual and other perversions and which take no remedial
action whatsoever.
A few weeks ago I advised the Prime Minister and his cabinet in the
coalition's back-channel what would put a halt to my plan. It's not
surprising the offer wasn't accepted; as since the Joint Submission and all
that followed as compiled on the website they've chosen silence and
impotence over dialogue and engagement - preferred ratifying the egregious
malfeasance and emboldening the institutional culture of impunity,
arrogance and belligerence its fueled by instead of a proactive rule of law
posture.
Regards,
Brad Kempo Esq.
