ORDER
Acting on the Motion to Reduce Bail filed on May 25, 2016 by the accused
and there being good cause, the said motion is hereby GRANTED.
Pursuant to the DOJ Department Circular No. 89 dated August 29, 2000, the
motion is considered submitted for resolution.
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the bail for the provisional liberty of
the accused is hereby reduced from Php 2,000.00 to Php 1,000.00 each to be paid
in cash.
