distinct modules. Synchronization
among all the components of eQ
system is maintained through the
application software, eQWave.
Another sub-unit of eQWave is its
robust Reporting Engine that allows
the management to measure its
counter staffs performance.
Reporting Engine also provides vital
data for efficient management of
your waiting area.

eQ automatically routes customers


to their destinations. Each module

eQ Active Controller
The eQ Active Controller is the brains of
the entire eQ system. Active Controller is
a Linux based Queuing Server providing
extensive functionality and robust operation
for demanding environments.

The Active Controller was created to provide a


single point of connectivity for all queuing needs;
it features an inbuilt Active Hub, Audio Amplifier,
DB storage and Local Area Network connectivity.

do, eQ provides more sophisticated options:

Mobile-SDU
Mobile-SDU frees your customers to wander about your facility, it watches out for their turn and fires
an alert SMS (text message) on their cell phone once their ticket number is about to be called. That
way, your business gets more attention as the customers put all their senses to take a good look
around. SMS alert can be customized to include several bits of information like service time, wait
time and promotional messages

A client can receive their ticket by sending an
SMS to the eQ system. In response the system
sends a SMS-Ticket

TSU Soft - 02

TSU Soft is a software replica of the traditional Teller Station Unit that allows the counter staff to operate
the queue from their desktop PC as opposed to its hardware alternative (for detail see TSU - 06). TSU
Soft allows a user freindly functionality reducing operator training time.
