CO1. Understand the working of 3-point starter in DC machines.


CO2. Plot OCC and determine critical resistance and critical speed of DC shunt
generator.
CO3. Conduct brake test, Swinburnes test on DC shunt motor and plot different
characteristics
CO4. Analyze the performance characteristics of DC compound motor by conducting
brake test.
CO5. Conduct load test on DC series generator and plot its performance
characteristics
CO6. Separate the losses in DC shunt motor
