Warm Greetings!
Capiz State University, Mambusao Satellite College embodies its commitment to cater the needs of its
students. This is the foremost reason why the said college is currently refurbishing the canteen that is
one of the services dedicated for the students. The canteen was previously managed by a private
person.
That is why this academic year 2016-2017, Mambusao Satellite College will be facilitating the
management of the canteen services. This is to further serve the students as best as it could.
Moreover, this move is being done to prepare for the accreditation of the different curricular programs
since the management of the canteen by the college is a requirement to pass the accreditation process.
In line with this, I would like to request approval from your office to allow us to withdraw the amount
of Php20,000.00 as a capital or starting fund for the canteen under the management of our canteen
supervisor, Mrs. Ma. Theresa J. Lastimoso. The amount will be withdrawn from the revolving fund of
the Income Generating Project (IGP) of the college.
