The installation is capable for FMS-3000, FMS4200, FMS/AMS-5000, FMS-6000, and FMS6100 equipment when installed with GPS4000() and approved for IFR use in
accordance with AC 20-130A. The FMS must
be receiving useable GNSS signals. Aircraft
must be operated in accordance with AC 90100A, including use of flight director and/or
autopilot. Note: FMS 3.3.1 and later versions
meet the equiment requirements [of Appendix
2] for DME/DME/IRU, but the capability for
DME/DME/IRU navigation has not yet been
demonstrated.
