ASSIGNMENT-4

A PROPOSAL REPORT is a formal, informative

piece of writing which outlines plans and/or
suggestions for a future course of action, and is
submitted for approval by a superior, customer,
authorities etc.
In the INTRODUCTION you state the purpose
and content of your report.
In the MAIN BODY each aspect should be
presented under separate subheading.
In the FINAL PARAGRAPH you summarise all
points mentioned above and, if necessary ,
express your opinion.
1. Work in pairs/groups. You have been asked
to design a cultural event, organized by the
university, promoting the idea of learning
foreign languages. Present it in the form of a
proposal report.
