will offer the two methods of Hilot its traditional use and massage
therapy form. It is established under the operations of the Philippine law
and has undertaken different processes and procedures to be an
authorized business in the spa industry. It is a partnership consisting of 5
original partners subjected to 30% income tax.
2. Name
The company has taken its name the definition of Hilot as a
traditional form of healing, thus combining the words HEAL and
HILOT to come up with term HEALOT. The name supports the
primary purpose of our company to preserve and promote forms of Hilot
while integrating them to a massage setting placing them in the global
wellness industry.

3. Service
The company will provide services that would enable the customer
to experience a classical way of touch at the same time heals the
indifference in the customers body in order to feel renewed, relaxed

A massage facility business organization composed of five (5)
partners with a total investment of Php 1,500,000.00.

public and private agency, from age 20, with monthly income of 20,000
and above; retirees, from age 50 and above; residents of nearby hotels
and condominiums; and health conscious people.
