9:30-11:00

Visit the “Arwed Rossbach Vocational Educational School”. Mr. Schuster the representative headmaster
will give information about the school, about the vocational education and about the dual education
system in Germany.

11:30-12:00

Guided tour through the city. See with us the most important sights as the market place with the old
city hall, the churches St. Nikolai and St. Thomas, the Augustus place with opera, Gewandhaus
orchestra house and university...
12:00-13:30

Lunch at “Barthels Hof”.

14:00-15:30

Visit the „Überbetriebliches Ausbildungszentrum Leipzig“-Corporate Training Centre- and get informed
about its vocational educational system. See the vocational training centre and talk to Ms. Ria Thomas,
building and construction trainer.

16:00-17:30

Working Session – round table discussion according to the project aims.

19:00

Dinner at “Sol y Mar”.

Pick up at hotels

10:00-12:00

Visit the“Betonwerk Oschatz” – See the production of concrete and ferroconcrete in the one of the
biggest concrete factory in Saxony. Mr. Schurig the director of the concrete factory will give also
information about the vocational training in the concrete factory.

12:30

Lunch at the “Rittergut Trebsen”.

13:30-16:30

Visit the manor Trebsen and its vocational educational centre. Furthermore visit the “Bergzentrum
Trebsen” and get informed about historical and ecological building materials.

Afterwards back to Leipzig.
