    TILAPIA TACOS makes two tacos

    Ingredients Directions
    3 T.
    ½ t.
    spicy bread crumbs
    chili powder 1 Mix bread crumbs, chili powder, cay-
    enne pepper, and garlic salt.
    ¼t. cayenne pepper
    ¼t.

    garlic salt
    tortillas, flour or corn
    2 Spray each filet with cooking spray and
    coat in bread crumb mix. Bake tilapia at
    guacamole 350ºF for 10 minutes.
    shredded lettuce
    shredded cheese
    Ranch dressing
    3 Warm tortillas. Spread guacamole and
    place one filet on each tortilla.

    4 Assemble tacos with filets, lettuce and


    cheese.

    5 Drizzle with Ranch dressing.
