Harvest Development Group is a personalized, local consulting firm
specializing in organizational capacity building, program development,
benchmarking, board cultivation, and executive coaching. Experienced in
nonprofit fundraising within Connecticut, with a specialty in the Greater
Hartford area, Harvest Development Group provides a broad array of
services designed to provide long term benefit and positive effect on the
nonprofits financial stability.
Sondra Lintelmann-Dellaripa, Principal of Harvest Development, has been in
the nonprofit industry for over 16 years. Her experience includes work with
community schools, national charitable health organizations, public/private
partnerships, federal grant-making programs, religious organizations,
business associations and healthcare facilities. She specializes in transitional
projects, organizational audit and assessments, capital campaign and major
giving programs, and corporate partnerships.

Background
This section should spell out specifically every thing you revealed to them
about the issues and possible causes. It should go into detail on the history
that may have lead to the issues, on board and staff makeup, on donor and
financial issues. Anything that will be detailed in the Scope of Work section
below, should have a basis here.

Scope of Work
This section should provide delineated detail on exactly what the consulting
firm will provide for you.

Project Approach
A detailed narrative on how the work will be accomplished, who will be
involved, any committees, outside vendors, board participation, staff roles,
etc necessary to complete their work.

Deliverables
As a result of this engagement, The <<Name of Your Nonprofit>> will receive
the following deliverables from HDG: Specific and enumerated tangible
benefits from the work the firm is doing with your organization. Documents,
materials, software, processes, policies, new staff etc.

Terms
Fees and payment schedule: Specific amount, and increments of
payment (one third at signing, one third
at midpoint, one third at completion, etc).

Timetable: Schedule for work to be completed. Could be an attached

timeline with Milestones

Staffing: Who will lead from the firm? Who else will they deploy to help?

Progress Reports and Meetings: With whom, when, how?

Resources and Materials: What does the firm need from you? What will
they be providing?

Assumptions: Confidentiality and ownership protection.

All materials designed, promoted or materialized by Harvest Development
Group in development of this project, will become the property of the
<<Name of Your Nonprofit>> upon completion of the project. Additionally,
all data made relevant during the implementation of this contract remains
the sole property of the <<Name of Your Nonprofit>>. Harvest Development
Group will not retain, use or make for sale any information retrieved during
the external and internal analysis of the feasibility study.
