scapegoat to those with power.

Intro: - religion helps people rationalize what they have done and continue to do

- People abuse their power and use their religion as a mask/shield

- Some people changed the wording of their religion to get what they want

Paragraph 1- the head priest in the movie St. Ralph used Catholicism to make his words
law within the private school and out

Para 2- in Hey Nostradamus! Reg uses his religion to rationalize what he has done

Para 3- Jason bends his religion to get what he wants and he uses his religion as a way to
rationalize his acts similar to his father

Conclusion- we put on a mask from time to time but religion can be the most powerful
and the most dangerous
