Ala Hadrat Imam Ahmad Raza Khan
Qadri (1272-1340H)
 Syeduna Ala Hadrat-Imam Ahmed Raza Khan Qadri was
the reviver (Mujaddid) of the 14h century as declared by
renowned Arab scholars of his time

 He revived Islam in the subcontinent by filling Muslims


hearts with the love for Allah Subhano wa Tala and
Syeduna Rasoolullah Alaihi Salat wat-Tasleem and
reviving His Sunnah

 Along with Islamic sciences, on which he was known to be


a master, he also had great command on contemporary
sciences …he was called Imam Abu Hanifa of his time

 He was awarded the rank of Mufti at the age of 13 years. 3


Background Ala Hadrat (1272-1340H)
 He authored more than 1,000 books on around 72 different
subjects, which includes Tafseer, Hadith, Fiqh,
Mathematics, Geology, Astronomy and other sciences.

 One of his well known works is his book 'Ad Dawlatul


Makkiyyah' which he finished in 8 hours in the Holy Haram
of Makkah Sharif without any reference books available at
hand.

 Many universities in various countries have awarded PhD


for research on Imam Ahmed Raza including Al-Azhar
university.

Imam Muhammad Mustafa Raza
Khan Qadri (1310-1402H)
 The younger son of Syeduna Ala Hadrat. He was a
Kamil Wali and called Mufti-e-Azam Hind for his
unparalleled knowledge in Islamic jurisprudence….

 He also became Mufti at the age of 13 years and carried


out this function for 79 years…..

 He realized the dire need for true Islamic teachings in


the sub-continent. His vision for an Islamic university
that would revitalize the Deen of Syeduna Rasoolullah
Alaihi Salat wat-Tasleem in the sub-continent is the
basis for the establishment
“Centre of Islamic Studies – Jamiatur Raza”

Huzoor Taj-ush-Shariah Imam
Akhtar Raza Khan Qadri
 After Mufti-e-Azam Hind Mustafa Raza Khan
Qadri, his grandson Imam Muhammad Akhtar
Raza Khan Qadri Al-Azhari continued this noble
mission to revive the deen of Syedna Rasool Ullah
Alahi Salat wat-Tasleem.
 He is an eminent scholar with an extra ordinary
command over Islamic jurisprudence.
 He completed his education from Al Azhar
university in Egypt with distinction.

Huzoor Taj-ush-Shariah Imam
Akhtar Raza Khan Qadri
 His poetry in Arabic and Urdu throbs hearts with the
love of Allah Subhano wa Tala and Syedna Rasool
Ullah Aliahi Afdalus Salat wat-Tasleem.
 He has authored many books in Urdu and Arabic.
 His Taqwa and services to Islam has earned him the title
of the Crown of Islamic Jurisprudence (Taj ash-Shariah)
 This is he, who laid the foundation of Jamiatul Raza on
25 Safar 1422, thus transforming the vision of Syedna
Mufti-e-Azam Hind into a reality.

 A faculty of 17 teachers is established
 Today, 290 students are getting education
 Amount spent so far is approx Indian Rs 40 Million
(around SR 3.3M)
