Kurt Croft
Kurt works in business development for his family-
owned construction company and has a background in
web-based marketing and e-commerce. Kurt graduated
with a B.S. in Business Administration from Houghton
College (NY), raised funds for Katrina victims while in
college and volunteers with his church youth group.
Kurt and his wife live on Hopewell Road in the
southern end of the township.

Joe Howarth Deb Hackman
Joe Howarth is a past VP of the Brush Hollow Civic
Association, a former member of the School Board
and Marlton Recreation Advisory Committee, coached
in Marlton Rec, is an active member of the Cherokee
Football Fifth Quarter club and the Cherokee Drama
Club, a leader with Troop 49 Boy Scouts of Marlton,
and a parishioner at St. Joan of Arc. Joe has been
married for 25 years and has three children.

Deb Hackman is the past VP of Membership for the
Burlco Chapter of the NJ Association of Women Business
Owners, a member of the Marlton Business Association,
and a volunteer for The Githens Center (Cerebral Palsy
Assoc. of Burlco.), where she was named Volunteer of
the Year in 2004 for her efforts. Deb graduated with a
B.S. in Chemistry from Eastern University. Deb and her
husband Dave, have two daughters.
