(D6 and A4 also apply to any D series VTEC engine that you will be using an OBD1 ECU with)

If you are not good at soldering, I do not recommend doing this. Soldering on an ECU is more intricate than soldering wires
together or soldering on a simple circuit board. If you do it yourself, you will need a good soldering iron, preferably one with
temperature adjustment. Also recommended is a solder sucker.
If you do not want to do it yourself, contact Phearable.net or another tuning company to arrange them to do it for you.

Good info, but like I said, I'm not sure it fits into the FAQ since the FAQ seems to be more general ECU question-oriented. Still, I'm sure
people will be able to use this info.
If another mod/admin feels it should be in the FAQ, feel free to merge the threads.

this is very helpful, what i was looking for. from what i read i can just get a 92-95 vtech engine harness. and it will work perfectly for my
b16 swap? then just plug the new ecu in?
