Analysis and Design of Multistoried Building using STAAD Pro software.(2005-2006)
Analysis and design of multistoried building using limit state method of design. All
calculations were done manually and then the structure was analyzed with the help of
STAAD PRO software and the results were compared.

Studies on production of Methane gas from Pressmud (Sept 2008-Oct 2008).

Pressmud, a sugar industry byproduct, it is produced after the sugarcane is crushed.
It contains Organic content which is able to produce biogas on degradation. Anaerobic
digestion of Pressmud produces biogas which can be used as an alternate fuel for the daily
purposes such as cooking.

Studies on Simultaneous Adsorption and Biodegradation of Chromium in Industrial
Wastewater (Nov2008 -June 2009)
Adsorption and biological degradation are two important methods used in the
treatment of industrial wastewaters. With the help of these two methods it is possible to
eliminate practically all contaminants from wastewater. Usually, the substances, which are
easily adsorbed, are also hardly biodegradable. Frequently the opposite is also valid.
Therefore, the adsorption and the biodegradation successfully supplement each other in the
various schemes of wastewater treatment. Simultaneous adsorption and biodegradation
(SAB) is the latest development in cyanide removal.

Surveying the location of Earthen Dam and preparing the reduced levels and
calculating the quantity of earthwork to be removed.
Preparing the Bill of Quantities and quoting for the approval of higher authorities.
Projects Involved:

1) Nilwai Project:
Construction of an “Earthen Dam” across the “PeddaVagu Lake” in Nilwai Village
which can provide water to about 1,34, 000 acres of land.

II. Organization : Gherzi Eastern Limited, New Delhi

Description of Duties:
Detailed Analysis and Design of water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage and
rainwater harvesting system for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Detailed Analysis and Design of fire fighting system for residential, commercial
and industrial buildings as per NBC-2005 norms.
Projects Involved:
1) Director General Married Accommodation Project (DGMAP) Phase-II:
The ministry of defence is providing accommodation for army, air force
and navy people. The project is elaborated throughout India. In Delhi they are coming
up with multi-storey buildings from G+5 to G+8 stories.
2) Maxx Mobile Communication:
An Industry of Maxx Mobiles, establishing a manufacturing unit at Haridwar.
3) Indraprastha Apollo Hospital
A hospital, which is already constructed, extension of the Hospital in floor wise.
4) Chief Engineer Navy Mumbai MAP.
The ministry of defence is providing accommodation for Navy people. The project
is elaborated throughout India. In Delhi they are coming up with multi-storey buildings
from G+6 to G+8 stories.
5) Pioneer Urban And Infrastructure Limited
A Commercial Building to be constructed at Haridwar.
