    Fortaleza is the state capital of Ceará, located in northeastern part of


    Brazil, is the 5th largest city in Brazil.
    The beach is, no doubt, one of the best things to do in Fortaleza.
    Iracema, Meireles and Futuro beaches are among the most popular
    options in town. Strolling down Beira Mar sidewalk, from Mucuripe all
    the way to Ponte dos Ingleses at Iracema beach, it is a must to every-
    one. Boat rides along the coast are offered at tourist spots and are a
    great opportunity to get a panoramic view of Fortaleza. From the top
    of Santa Terezinha Hill you can see a beautiful sunset.
    Night life includes bars, nightclubs and restaurants , open every day in
    the week. An off season carnival, Fortal, happens in Fortaleza in July.
