Save A Life Foundation Strategic Plan 2006

1 SALF plans an aggressive expansion of our programs throughout the U.S.

The SALF model consists of three regions that overlay the FEMA Regional structure.

2 SALF Region (1)

1. Open new Branch locations in Boston, MA and Valhalla, NY
2. Expansion of existing Pennsylvania presents to include Philadelphia, PA
3. Expansion of existing City of Miami presents to include Miami Dade County

number of children trained from 24,000 to 65,000.

1 SALF Region (2)

1. Expansion of existing Milwaukee, WI presents to include Green Bay, WI.
2. Expansion of existing Illinois presents of eight metropolitan areas i.e. Chicago,
Cook, Lake, Bond, DuPage, Madison, Livingston and Will Counties. Open Branch
locations in Peoria (central), Rockford (northern) and Marion (southern) Illinois
3. Expansion of existing Indianapolis, IN.
4. Open new Branch location, Karney, MO
5. Open new Branch location, Burnsville, MN

2 SALF Region (3)

1. Open three new Branch locations in AZ, to include Phoenix and tribal outreach
intiatives throughout the state.
2. Open two new Branch locations in CA to include Los Angeles, Santa Monica
3. Open one new Branch in Honolulu, HI.

PROGRAM DEPLOYMENT STRATEGY

A. Our objective is to open Branch locations in targeted cities with a goal of training
approximately 500,000 new children over a one year period. New Branch locations will
be structured to self-maintain over three years. We plan to implement an aggressive
marketing outreach campaign utilizing media/PR campaign exposure for each Region to
increase awareness of citizen preparedness and the need for community
self-empowerment. The media campaign will be focused on areas targeted for future
expansion.

B. We have formed relationships with VIACOM and Comcast Communications to provide

national multi-media coverage including cable TV, Billboard, public transit buses and
trains and PSA's using various local, regional and national spokespersons.

C. We plan to leverage existing partnerships with Citizens Corps, Medical Reserve Corps,
U.S. Mayors Conference, State Municipal Leagues, Nat'l League of Cities, EMS and Fire
organizations, and corporate sponsors i.e., Ronald McDonald House, Verizon
Communications and recognized health professionals, such as Henry Heimlich, M.D. and
others.

D. We will employ present program methodology, data management (Scantron) and

statistical analysis to quantify impact on SALF Regions. Our Scantron database will be
web accessible to allow all instructors, locations to input and retrieve data efficiently.
