Leftist judges who only heard one side of the argument were all too willing to strike down historic interpretations of the law and to undermine fundamental constitutional rights. The ACLU’s purpose was, and is, to destroy the Judeo-Christian system of values and to intimidate its adherents. The victims of this legal bullying, including schools and churches, typically had no defense because of the cost of litigation and the lack of competent counsel to represent their interests, They were sitting ducks for the far Lefe and often gave up without a fight. ‘Through prayer and God's direct intervention, Alan Sears has developed one of the most effective and powerful Christian organizations in the nation, ADF has assisted with victory after victory in the federal judiciary, many times in the U.S. Supreme Court, By using pro bono work provided by hundreds of committed Christian attorneys, Alan and his associates manage to stretch contributions to the last nickel. I have no idea where this country would be if not for the dedication, the determination, and the ability of this man and this team.
